Online Booking / Terms
Please note we do not accept same day bookings online. Same day bookings need to be made by telephone.
Online booking requires a deposit payment in advance.
If you are unable to make a booking online it is probably because that room is already reserved or if you are trying to make a booking several months ahead, then the online booking system may not yet be open so please telephone.
Changes and Cancellations
Please give us advance notice of any changes, but if less than 48 hours before due arrival (by default 5:15pm) we will charge for the first night of stay, unless we manage to rebook, when we will charge £5 per room administration fee.
Check in and Check out
Check in time is normally 5.15 pm on weekdays but please telephone if you wish to check in at a different time and we will do our best to meet your requirements. At weekends for guests attending a wedding, christening etc we can be more flexible. Please advise us if your arrival is going to be late evening.
Check out time on day of departure is 10.00am
